From parchment to powder.

01Parchment
Coffee in its protective parchment layer. This form keeps the beans’ internal moisture and organic composition intact for up to a year, right through to the hulling stage.

02Green Beans
Freshly hulled, unroasted beans offered at the start of each coffee season. Preferred by roasters who want to shape the profile themselves.

03Roasted Beans
Roasted at the optimal temperature for aroma and body. Best enjoyed within the first two to three months of roasting. Can be stored for up to six months.

04Grind Powder
Ground to your preferred coarseness — fine, medium, or coarse. The fastest way to a balanced cup, with sweetness and bitterness you can dial in.
